If you have read through any of the other pages on our site you will be know that ability as a working sled dog is the most important feature I look for in a Siberian. Working my dogs is something I have done from my earliest days in the breed, and in my opinion it is not possible to give Sibes adequate exercise (and so a good quality of life) unless you run them in harness.

As I have a physical disability (Spina bifida) I have a variety of different vehicles which I use for training the dogs, some similar to those used by able-bodied mushers, and some modified to my requirements. As the years have gone by and the number of dogs I run has grown my equipment has changed as well.
